Shipping Coasts

1. The prices which are displayed on the time of the order are the prices you will see after ordering. If there are any price mistakes we reserve the right to correct them also after the order is finished.

5. Packing and shipping costs will be add to the order and will be principle paid from the customer.

6. The goods only will be shipped after they got payed with one of our payment methods. If the customer wants to he can pick the products up directly in the store and pay it in the shop. For that it would be good to make a schedule with the Shop.

7. Products which we have on stock will be shipped within three – four business days
- on prepayment after the full amount, which includes shipping and taxes, is on our bank account
- on credit card after all needed informations and the full payment got transfered to our partner xt:payments. The payment does include tax and shipping coasts.
- on paypal after receiving the full amount with the right shipping adress.

Products which need to get reordered are getting shipped within 6-8 business days

8. The customer insures that his delivery adress is correct. Should there be any culpably or incorrect Adress informations which contains extra coasts for shipping or delay, then the customer has to carry them.

9. If a customer orders different products in a small time period and in different orders, he has the chance to receive all products in one order if he wants so. But there is no claim that it has to be like that.

10. Sending to companys is a risk because the package or products can get lost or damaged on the way to the customer because of a second person which is involved. All shipments from us will get picked up from a professional shipping service. Sending to customers can be a risk because the package or products can get damaged or lost. Also if the shipping service can't get a hold of the customer and is not able to deliver the package we have the right that the package is getting returned to us.

11. Should there be any faults on material or articles you ordered which also includes transport faults so please do not hesitate to claim them immediately to our service team or to the person who delivered the package. If you miss to do so there will not be any legal issues.
