Instruction on the right of revocation

You may revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving any reasons in text form (eg. letter, email, fax) or - if the items are delivered before this time limit expires - by returning the items. The time limit begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before the receipt of the items by the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of similar items not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our obligations under Article 246 paragraph 2 in connection with § 1 section 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations pursuant to § 312g section 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 paragraph 3 BGB. The revocation period is respected if the revocation or the items are forwarded in due time. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of revocation

In case of an effective revocation, the mutually received merits and any benefits (eg. interests) are to be returned. If you cannot or only partially return the received merits or derived benefits (eg. advantages of using) or only return them in a deteriorated condition you have to pay us compensation. For the deterioration and derived benefits you must pay compensation only if the derived benefits or the deterioration are due to a dealing with the item that is beyond the examination of its characteristics and its functioning. By "examination of the characteristics and the functioning" is understood the testing and trying out of the item as it is possible and customary in a retail store. Shippable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of return if the delivered items correspond to the ordered items and the price of the returned items does not exceed an amount of 40 EUR or – in case the items exceed the amount of 40 EUR – if you have not yet provided a contractually agreed partial payment at the moment of your revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you. Not shippable items will be picked up at your place. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This time limit begins for you when you forward your declaration of revocation or the items, for us with their reception.

The right of revocation does not apply, unless otherwise provided , to distance contracts concerning the delivery of items that are produced according to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to his personal needs or which are not suitable due to their condition for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed, as well as the supply of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer, the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines. You are entitled to send back those items freight collect without having contacted us. However, please remember that the German Post charges us EUR 12.00. We therefore ask you to contact us in advance or to stamp the parcel sufficiently.
